Abstract In collaboration with the institute for electronics at the TU Graz, an effects processor for live use on stage is beeing developed. It will feature analogue and digital in- and outputs as well as the network standard audio video bridging (AVB). The task of this audio engineeering project at the IEM is to configure the hardware components used (especially the ADSP-SC589 signal processor) and to implement basic functionality. The resulting guideline to the programming of audio effects on this hard and software platform can be used as the basis for further work.
